At Mxify Tech & Gadgets, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return policy carefully before submitting a request.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for returns.

2. Required Documentation — Mandatory

Due to the nature of tech and gadget products, we require the following documentation for all return and damage/defect claims. Failure to provide this documentation will result in the claim being rejected.

  • 🎥 Unboxing Video: A clear, unedited video of you opening the package from the moment the sealed package is first handled. The video must show the outer packaging, the seal being broken, and the item being removed. This is mandatory and must be submitted with every return or damage claim.
  • 📸 Photos of the Defective or Damaged Item: Clear, well-lit photographs showing the defect or damage from multiple angles. Photos must clearly show the issue being claimed.
  • 📸 Photos of the Packaging: Photos of the outer box and inner packaging materials to help us assess whether damage occurred during shipping.

Please note: Without a valid unboxing video and supporting photos, we are unable to process your return or damage claim. No exceptions will be made.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items without an unboxing video or required documentation.
  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original accessories.
  • Digital products, software, or downloadable content.
  • Items marked as final sale.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@mxify.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Attach your unboxing video and photos of the defective or damaged item to your email.
  3. Our team will review your submission within 2–3 business days and respond with next steps.
  4. If approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it at no additional cost, subject to stock availability and successful documentation review.
